CANCELATION POLICY

BSBC understand situations can arise in which you must cancel your appointment. Due to limited appointment availability, we ask that you cancel with adequate notice. This allows us to fill that appointment spot. You can cancel by contacting us by phone: 52542325 or by email: bareskinandbodyclinic@outlook.com We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancelation. If no prior notice or the notice given is not provided within the minimum notice period, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of original treatment price for the missed appointment.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Treat vouchers like cash. Altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Vouchers must be redeemed before expiry date shown on voucher.

LAZER HAIR REMOVAL

Test patch and consultation required 24 hours before treatment. Consultation is $50 and redeemable on treatment. Please arrive to your initial consultation unshaved with hair growth present. Ensure you thoroughly shave 12 hours prior to all treatment except consult. No sun exposure 2 weeks prior to hair removal treatment. Strictly no fake or gradual tans on the skin, if present on the day we will need to reschedule. Although we will ask, please notify your therapist on the day if you have had any changes to your medication/medical history or any recent sun exposure.
