At BSBC, we value your time and ours. By booking an appointment with us you acknowledge and accept our policies. To ensure the best experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you take a moment to review our cancellation policy:

Appointment Cancellations

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Timely notice allows us to accommodate other clients and keep our schedule running smoothly, your consideration is greatly appreciated.

~ Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in any deposit forfeited.

~ No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in any deposit forfeited, you will also be required to pay a 50% fee of the service before booking future appointments.

Booking Deposits

A $50 deposit is required to confirm bookings for services with a duration of 60 minutes or longer. Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment at checkout. This deposit is non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your treatment. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the appointment being rescheduled, with applicable fees. All new clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment start time to allow adequate time to fill in a consultation form. 

Reminders

Appointment reminders are sent via SMS 48 hours in advance, and a confirmation phone call the day before, if the SMS hasn’t been answered . However, it is your responsibility to keep track of your booking. Appointments must be confirmed to secure the booking.

We understand that life happens. In the case of unforeseeable circumstances, discretion may be applied. We aim to be fair and considerate, and appreciate open communication.
